This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Gray Mars LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Gray Mars LLC digital products, software licenses, and subscription plans are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the product.
No Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at gocebeyt@gmail.com is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate access to any product or service associated with a disputed transaction and to contest all chargebacks with full documentation.
Exceptions
In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a technical error on our part, please contact us at gocebeyt@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a correction. This is the only circumstance under which a refund may be considered.
